Fees and levies cover all compulsory charges for the year and are reviewed annually. We have provided the current fee information to give families an indication of costs to assist in planning financially.

Trinity College appreciates the support of families to make the payment of fees on a regular basis and there are options and arrangements available to assist this process. No student will be refused entry to Trinity as a result of financial hardship and parents are encouraged to speak with the Business Manager regarding any fee concerns.

Fees are all-inclusive and cover a variety of items such as tuition, subject levies, building interest, camps and excursions, competitions and an annual yearbook. The fee does not include the costs of participating in optional extra-curricular offerings (such as immersion experiences, instrumental music, Sporting Excellence Program) or travel on the Apollo Bay bus.

*Payment arrangements are available to our families. The weekly payment itemised here is based on payments made over 41 weeks. We kindly request that payments are made by term at a minimum.

Bursary Opportunities

In the spirit of our founders, Venerable Sister Catherine McAuley and Blessed Edmund Rice who devoted their lives to providing education for children in need, Trinity College Colac has established a Bursary Fund to financially assist selected families with the costs of their student fees.

The Bursary Fund has been made possible through generous financial support of former staff, students, community members, local businesses and College fundraising activities. The Fund is managed by the College Principal in conjunction with the Business Manager and at least one member of the School Advisory Council.

The process is completely confidential and at no time will the Bursary committee publish the names of students who have applied for or been successful in their application. The criteria used for selection of successful applicants will be based on the following factors:

The student:

  • Has a positive attitude to school and is prepared to work to the best of their ability.
  • Has and will continue to contribute to the life of their school.

The family:

  • Is supportive of Catholic education.
  • Would benefit significantly from financial assistance.
  • Is a current recipient of a Centrelink Health Care Card or Pension/Veteran’s Card or can provide proof of financial distress.

The Trinity College School Advisory Council wishes to emphasise that:

"No student will be excluded from Trinity College because of their parents' inability to pay tuition fees. It is an obligation binding on parents or legal guardians who believe that they may be unable to pay the fees in full, that they discuss this with the Principal/Business Manager".
